Mommy!!! is a fun little app with a cute monster looking for its mother. He yells MOMMY!!! while random alien type robots come and shrink him, color him and blind him with color sparkles all at the control of the user. Fun for children of all ages, Mommy!!! is available as a limited free app or as an ad free premium app for $1.99. Mommy is beautifully illustrated and although it’s limited to only a handful of robots coming to visit, it’s sure to entertain most children. Full App Review >>

10 Billion Apps Downloaded – It’s Official

Well it’s finally official. The 10,000,000,000th app was downloaded today and the winner of Apple’s race to 10 billion was a UK lady named Gail Davis of Orpington, Kent. She won a $10,000 itunes gift card which I believe means she can get whatever she wants on her iphone. What I find really interesting is the app that she downloaded which led to her winning the grand prize and Apple hitting 10 billion app downloads. She downloaded a free app called Paper Glider.
